InternPrize started out as an experimentation in 2014 that was then developed into a practice in 2015.
It is intended for students who have the right attitude and entrepreneurial spirit that can be tapped in project oriented opportunities in the creative, cultural and audiovisual industries.
Creative is interpreted in a wide sense to include marketing, event management and strategy development.
This page is about InternPrize for group mobilities coming from sending schools or organisations that would like to generate this opportunity for their students studying or having an active interest in marketing and sales strategies, web based digital footprint generation strategies, visual arts in the areas of still or moving picture especially if students have some skills in these areas even if these are self taught. Group mobilities can be for students or teachers who wish to learn about this dynamic.
InternPrize can be tried out with teachers and students together.
InternPrize is project based and therefore the sending school and the hosting organisation need to engage in the generation of a project for which the students will be prepared before they take part in their mobility experience.
InternPrize has also been developed as a hypothetical mobility programme of 21 days for youths or students that can be adapted according to needs and learning objectives that the sending organisation may wish to achieve through the experience.
Programme of activities are spread over 4 phases of the mobilities with the duration being subject to adjustment according to the requirements of the project and the possibilities of mobilities of students. This can be adjusted according to the skills variety and project preference of sending organisation. There is the possibility that this mobility activity with students is also, at the same time, a training of teachers who take part in the activities of the students, understand and monitor the learning experience and tools / methods used during the development of the InternPrize experience. In this way students and teachers learn together. The students learn for life and the teachers acquire cognitive knowledge of the dynamic and tools / methods used in forging partnerships and in implementing the InternPrize method at school.
